Why is it important: The support portal offers access to information such as usage reports, news feed and useful resources to developers. And, most important of all, the support portal allows the registration of support incidents during development and launch. It’s possible to access the support panel through the URL:


To request access to the portal you must fill in the form Request a Google Enterprise Support Portal Account available at:

When the access is granted, Google will send a welcome e-mail to the corresponding registered account, containing information about the access of your data.
